Offers protection against vaccine-preventable diseases in order to attain a high level of immunity that will eliminate or prevent outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases. Immunization services are offered at child health clinics, health units and various community locations, schools, individual appointments and at mass community clinics for administering influenza vaccine.
